Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds for cancellations of tickets. If a request for transferring dates of tickets is made with less than 72 hours notice before start time of event – no transfer or refund will be available. However, with enough notice, we can try to transfer your ticket to another event. Requests for transferral of tickets can only be made once. We take full payment for corporate/private bookings prior to the event.
If you needed to cancel your event, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund, but we can try our best to rearrange your event to a different date, however a cancellation fee will apply.
If the number of people attending the private event decreases after payment has been made, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds for those unable to attend.
We take full payment before a private event, to secure the booking. Should you wish to add on any additional people to the event after the invoice has been paid, the cost will be the same price per head as the original booking.
Gift Vouchers / Gift Credits
All of our Gift Vouchers and Gift Credits can be redeemed against any of our Brush and Bubbles workshop tickets, or shop merchandise, within 1 year of purchase, subject to availability. Gift Vouchers and Gift Credits are non-refundable.
All items bought from our Brush and Bubbles online shop will be posted out no later than 7 days after purchase. Items are non-returnable. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Artworks used in events are creations of Brush and Bubbles' team of artists and are for instruction purposes only.
Our artists will be taking photos throughout the classes for use on our social media, website and other promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be in any of the photos just let one of our artists know on the day and we will make sure to leave you out of them!
